Our new Heat Welder uses digital heating technology to maintain the two heating elements at exactly the set temperature. The elements stay on, one on the top and the other underneath, to give a much quicker (approximately 2 seconds) weld time. The result is a perfectly flat and consistent weld on pvc vertical blinds. The unit comes complete with a sliding backstop for quick setting of the top and bottom pockets. It can also be set for welding the sides of sealed in weights.
Please note the machine does not use much air and therefore can be linked to another machines air supply. A ‘T’ piece and tubing are supplied. This machine is sent by carrier and does not require an installation engineer to install and can sit on a bench.
